Return and Refund Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
Next Foods Trading LLC ("Next Foods," "we," "us") sells wholesale food, packaging, cleaning and personal-care products. All sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds, credits or exchanges on any order once it has been received by the customer, whether the order was:
- picked up or purchased in person at our store, or
- delivered to the customer's address or to a location the customer designated.
This applies to all products, all order sizes and all payment methods, including orders placed in store, online, by phone or through our ordering portal.
2. Inspection at Receipt
The customer is responsible for inspecting every order at the time of pickup or delivery. By accepting the order, the customer confirms that the items, quantities and condition of the goods are as ordered. Once the order has been accepted and received, it cannot be returned or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to:
- change of mind or over-ordering;
- products that were not used, sold or needed;
- products that are close to or past their expiration date after receipt;
- products that were stored, handled or transported improperly after receipt; or
- pricing or availability changes after the order was placed.
3. Perishable and Food Products
Because many of our products are food items or are subject to health, safety and temperature-control requirements, we cannot take back any product once it has left our control. This is a condition of sale and is necessary to protect all of our customers.
4. Order Cancellations
An order may be cancelled only before it has been picked up or dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been received by the customer, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
